This luxurious cottage has undergone extensive renovation in 2016 to provide a spacious three bedroomed/two bath roomed holiday accommodation. The open plan style of living in this cottage has been designed to give both a traditional and contemporary feel.

Furnishings and equipment are of the highest standard providing an elegant and relaxing environment, in a rural location on a private gated road.

Front Porch entrance hall & staircase with cloakroom/WC, leading to a cosy living room with 40" smart TV. Along the hallway is a well-equipped family kitchen with granite worktops, Utility Room and Pantry, leading to an open plan conservatory family room with comfortable lounge seating, a 50" smart TV & dining facilities for up to 8 guests. A wall of sliding glass doors opens onto a south facing rear courtyard garden with garden furniture.

First Floor – Master King-sized Bedroom with en-suite Shower/WC. Two twin bedded rooms (can be made as Queen-sized doubles), large family bathroom with twin vanity and over bath shower with WC.

Heating – Under floor heating on ground floor and bathrooms, with radiators in all bedrooms upstairs, continuous hot water.

Equipment – Washing machine/dryer, two fridges (473 litre capacity), freezer ( 92 litres), Neff equipment includes built in cooker, combi microwave and warming drawer, extractor hood, dishwasher, two Sony Flat Screen TV’s with Humax Freesat, DVD, electric wood-burning stove effect fire, free wi-fi, hairdryer & straighteners, and all domestic household appliances.

Linen – Duvets with white linen & towels (NB cot linen not provided).
